The route
When there's snow, the forest road from the Ursprungpass doubles as a toboggan run: walk up to the hut, stop in, and sled back down to the valley. Please ask about snow conditions in advance.

Good to know
- The forest road up to the hut is reserved for residents — please park at the Ursprungpass car park.
- Pack sturdy footwear and weatherproof clothing.
- We take cash only at the hut — card payments aren't available.
- Dogs on a lead are welcome — please be mindful of the grazing animals.
