The Mariandlalm belongs to the municipality of Thiersee and lies in the Trockenbachtal valley west of Lake Thiersee — a classic hiking and refreshment spot right on the doorstep.
By car
From Thiersee, drive via Landl towards the Ursprungpass. A few kilometres past Landl the Ursprungpass car park is on the left-hand side.
On foot to the hut
From the Ursprungpass car park the trail leads up through the Trockenbachtal to the hut in about an hour.
Family walk to the MariandlalmDrive times are approximate — please check the weather and road/trail conditions in advance. The forest road up to the hut is reserved for residents; please park at the Ursprungpass car park.
